"Dylan's Hero" is a quick, well-researched and easy-to-understand read on mental health and conquering negative thoughts. It is written by a child psychologist - Dr. Paoni - to use in her own practice. It is plainly written, easy to read and follow, engaging, and provides concrete techniques and tools on how to achieve a healthier, more positive and harmonious mind state. It is beautifully illustrated (it actually includes incredible artwork) and could be the perfect bedtime story for children, even adults who enjoy this type of genre. Fans of books like "A Little SPOT of Feelings" by Diane Alber and "Inside Out" by RH Disney will find this read very interesting, inspirational and entertaining.

This is a book for all ages. I believe we all at various stages of our life encounter those inner voices but the Hero needs to be the loudest. Absolutely well done.
